The first week of Ideal Protein, I felt different. I lost eight pounds. I transitioned my foods in my kitchen. By the time that two weeks had gone by, I adjusted my buying choices and was able to shop with confidence. About 3-4 weeks into the plan, I felt very different with more energy. The program was easy to follow. At first going out to eat was hard. Trying to have something with me at all times was an adjustment. The food is generally good. There were a few things that I did not like. But I like the vanilla drink (ready made) is great in my coffee. I like the oatmeal with cinnamon added. The herb and cheese omelet is great.
My coach was helpful with strategies. The coaching advice “stuck in my mind.” I still carry the advice that I learned with me to this day. I felt positive about the program even when I did not lose weight. Ruth explained the reasons for these times. Ruth was able to discover that I had a sensitivity to soy. When I changed my choices, my symptoms cleared up.
Now that I am on maintenance, I still enjoy Ideal Protein products for support: I order the lemon wafers every week along with the vanilla Ready to serve and enjoy them very much. I think that the vitamins and the collagen drink and Nerium Skin Products contribute to my skin being clear, tight and smooth after having significant weight loss with Ideal Protein.
Ideal Protein works wonders. If anyone is having problems losing weight, they have to try Ideal Protein instead of considering surgery “because it works.”
