How does Ideal Protein Work?We get calls daily asking how the program works. The Ideal Protein Weight Loss Method is a low carbohydrate program that uses Ideal Protein Packets (bars, shakes, drinks, entrees) along with real food to help you to burn fat and shed inches.
It is the only diet that balances insulin levels and hormones to have you burn fat and calories at the same time. You use the "packets" and low carb foods daily. |
Why we are writing this blog...
As Ideal Protein becomes more and more popular, there are many online bulletin boards where men and women are discussing the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Method. A lot of you are going to the "boards" for your first introduction to Ideal Protein. Some of the information is correct, but some of it Is not as accurate as we had hoped. So we will be posting and updating on our Ideal Protein Blog to help many of you with your questions.
Is the Ideal Protein Diet Just "Bars" and "Shakes?"

No, it isn't. I have been getting these questions lately from prospective clients who have friends and relatives who are currently on the diet. They are under the impression that the diet is "boring" because it is a "bars and shakes" diet.
Nothing could be further from the truth! During Phase 1 the program consists of Ideal Protein Packets and food from your kitchen: salad, veggies, steak, seafood, poultry, pork and fish are a part of the program. You prepare your veggies and salad for lunch and your veggies, salad and meats for dinner. We have a Phase 1 cookbook full of great recipes and photographs to give you a great deal of variety. The protein packets come in so many varieties that you will never tire of your Ideal Protein packet choices: bars, drinks, puddings, crunchy and salty snacks, sweet snacks, omelets, pancakes, chili, to name a few!
