![]() You can get your veggies in a new, healthy way by "blending" them with an Ideal Protein drink. Prepare the Vanilla Drink Packet or use a Vanilla RTD. Cut your raw veggies up in preparation for blending. Place your veggies in your blender and blend fully. Add a little grated ginger for added zip! Some recommended veggies: kale, broccoli, green peppers, cucumbers.

![]() If you have a cold or just don't feel well but you don't want to go off of the diet, the soups and hot entrees are great! Recently, I was not feeling well and the Chicken Noodle Soup was wonderful! All I wanted was soup, something hot and comforting and the Chicken Noodle Soup did the trick. I also drank a lot of hot, decaf green tea to keep my fluids up. Another thing to eat while you are "on the mend" is the Chicken Ala King Entree. Both of these packets are Non-Restricted, so I didn't have to worry about having too many carbs in my diet that day. Let me know if this has been helpful to you! |
